अस्मदर्थे त्वया युद्धं यत्कृतं सुगजानन । निहता दानवाः सर्वे संख्यया परिवर्जिताः
asmadarthe tvayā yuddhaṃ yatkṛtaṃ sugajānana | nihatā dānavāḥ sarve saṃkhyayā parivarjitāḥ
‘எங்களுக்காக, ஓ உயர்ந்த கஜானனே, நீ இந்தப் போரை நிகழ்த்தினாய். தானவர்கள் அனைவரும் கொல்லப்பட்டனர்—எண்ணிக்கைக்கு அப்பால்.’
