यदि गृह्णीमहे दानं तस्य भूपस्य देवप । तपसः संप्रणाशः स्याद्यद्धि प्रोक्तं स्वयंभुवा
yadi gṛhṇīmahe dānaṃ tasya bhūpasya devapa | tapasaḥ saṃpraṇāśaḥ syādyaddhi proktaṃ svayaṃbhuvā
ஓ தெய்வமே! நாம் அந்த அரசனின் தானத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டால், எங்கள் தவம் முற்றிலும் அழிந்துவிடும்—என்று ஸ்வயம்பூ பிரம்மா தாமே உரைத்தார்।
