श्राद्धं करोति मूढात्मा विहीनं स्थानजैर्द्विजैः । स्थानजैरपि वाऽशुद्धैस्तस्य तद्व्यर्थतां व्रजेत्
śrāddhaṃ karoti mūḍhātmā vihīnaṃ sthānajairdvijaiḥ | sthānajairapi vā'śuddhaistasya tadvyarthatāṃ vrajet
மூடன் உள்ளூர் இருமுறைப் பிறந்தவர்களின்றி சிராத்தம் செய்கிறான்; அல்லது உள்ளூரார் இருந்தும் அவர்கள் அசுத்தராயின், அவனுடைய அந்தச் செயல் வீணாகிறது.
