चतुर्लक्षं समादिष्टं युगं कलिसमुद्भवम् । द्वात्रिंशता सहस्रैस्तु चतुर्थं तद्विदुर्बुधाः

Transliteration

caturlakṣaṃ samādiṣṭaṃ yugaṃ kalisamudbhavam | dvātriṃśatā sahasraistu caturthaṃ tadvidurbudhāḥ

Translation

கலியிலிருந்து எழும் நான்காம் யுகமான கலியுகம் நான்கு இலட்சம் (ஆண்டுகள்) என நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டது; முப்பத்தி இரண்டு ஆயிரத்துடன் சேர்த்து ஞானிகள் அதை நான்காம் யுகம் என அறிகின்றனர்।
