सूत उवाच । एवं तत्र स्थिता देवी सावित्री पर्वता श्रया । अपमानं महत्प्राप्य सकाशात्स्वपतेस्तदा
sūta uvāca | evaṃ tatra sthitā devī sāvitrī parvatā śrayā | apamānaṃ mahatprāpya sakāśātsvapatestadā
சூதர் கூறினார்—இவ்வாறு மலையைச் சரணடைந்து தேவி சாவித்ரீ அங்கேயே தங்கினாள்; அப்போது தன் கணவனின் அருகிலேயே பெரும் அவமதிப்பை அடைந்தாள்।
