यदेतद्भवता चात्र पुष्करं तीर्थमुत्तमम् । स्थापितं तस्य नो ब्रूहि माहात्म्यं सुरसत्तम । येन स्नानादिकाः सर्वाः क्रियाः कुर्मः पितामह
yadetadbhavatā cātra puṣkaraṃ tīrthamuttamam | sthāpitaṃ tasya no brūhi māhātmyaṃ surasattama | yena snānādikāḥ sarvāḥ kriyāḥ kurmaḥ pitāmaha
நீங்கள் இங்கே நிறுவிய இந்த உத்தம தீர்த்தமான புஷ்கரத்தின் மஹாத்மியத்தை எங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுங்கள், ஓ தேவர்களில் சிறந்தவரே; அதனால் நாங்கள் ஸ்நானம் முதலான எல்லா கிரியைகளையும் செய்யலாம். ஓ பிதாமஹா, உபதேசியுங்கள்.
