एवं मे गुरुतां प्राप्तो मधुपो द्विजसत्तमाः । इषुकारो यथा जातस्तथा चैव ब्रवीमि वः
evaṃ me gurutāṃ prāpto madhupo dvijasattamāḥ | iṣukāro yathā jātastathā caiva bravīmi vaḥ
ஓ இருபிறப்பில் சிறந்தவர்களே! இவ்வாறு நான் குருத்துவத்தின் கனத்தை அடைந்தேன்—தேன் ஈயைப் போல; மேலும் அம்பு செய்வோன் எவ்வாறு திறமை பெற்றானோ, அவ்வாறே இந்தத் தத்துவத்தை உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்.
