tasmātsarvaprayatnena paṭhanīyamidaṃ śubham | ākhyānaṃ gaurikaṃ viprā yanmayā parikīrtitam

ஆகையால், ஓ விப்ரர்களே, நான் உரைத்த இந்த மங்களமான ‘கௌரி’ ஆக்யானத்தை முழு முயற்சியுடன் அவசியம் பாராயணம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
