आकाशरूपसंपन्ने पंचरूपे नमोनमः

ākāśarūpasaṃpanne paṃcarūpe namonamaḥ

ஆகாச-சொரூபம் உடைய, பஞ்சரூபிணி தேவிக்கு மீண்டும் மீண்டும் நமஸ்காரம்.
