सूत उवाच । तथान्यापि च तत्रास्ति गौरी वै पञ्चपिंडिका । लक्ष्म्या संस्थापिता चैव मानुषत्वंव्यवस्थया
sūta uvāca | tathānyāpi ca tatrāsti gaurī vai pañcapiṃḍikā | lakṣmyā saṃsthāpitā caiva mānuṣatvaṃvyavasthayā
சூதர் கூறினார்—அங்கே இன்னொரு திருவுருவும் உள்ளது; ‘பஞ்சபிண்டிகா’ எனப் புகழ்பெற்ற கௌரி. மனித நலனுக்கான ஒழுங்கின்படி, அவளைத் தானே லக்ஷ்மி நிறுவினாள்।
