श्रीभगवानुवाच । न तेऽस्ति मरणं दैत्य कथंचिच्चिंतितं मया । तेनेत्थं विधृतं व्योम्नि भित्त्वा शूलेन वक्षसि
śrībhagavānuvāca | na te'sti maraṇaṃ daitya kathaṃcicciṃtitaṃ mayā | tenetthaṃ vidhṛtaṃ vyomni bhittvā śūlena vakṣasi
ஸ்ரீபகவான் கூறினார்—ஏ தைத்யா! உனக்கு மரணம் இல்லை; இதை நான் தீர்மானித்தேன். ஆகவே திரிசூலத்தால் உன் மார்பைத் துளைத்து உன்னை வானில் இவ்வாறு தாங்கி வைத்தேன்.
