यादृक्तेन पुरा प्रोक्तो देवदेवेन शूलिना । येनैव स्थापिता चात्र देवी केलीवरी पुरा । सर्वसिद्धिप्रदा लोके तत्र याऽराधिता पुरा
yādṛktena purā prokto devadevena śūlinā | yenaiva sthāpitā cātra devī kelīvarī purā | sarvasiddhipradā loke tatra yā'rādhitā purā
தேவர்களின் தேவனாகிய சூலதாரி முன்பு எவ்வாறு உரைத்தாரோ—அவரே இங்கே ஒருகாலத்தில் கேளீவரி தேவியை நிறுவினார்—அவ்வாறே அங்கு பழங்காலத்தில் ஆராதிக்கப்பட்ட அந்த தேவி உலகில் எல்லாச் சித்திகளையும் அருள்பவளாகப் புகழப்படுகிறாள்।
