तेऽपि संध्याजलैर्देवि निहता ब्राह्मणोत्तमैः । मया च तं विमुञ्चंति मूर्च्छिता निपतन्ति च
te'pi saṃdhyājalairdevi nihatā brāhmaṇottamaiḥ | mayā ca taṃ vimuñcaṃti mūrcchitā nipatanti ca
தேவியே! உயர்ந்த பிராமணர்கள் செலுத்தும் சந்த்யா நீரால் அவர்களும் அழிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்; என்னாலும் அவர்கள் அவனை (சூரியனை) விடுவித்து, பின்னர் மயங்கி விழுகின்றனர்.
