येन चीर्णेन भर्त्ता स्यात्सुसौम्यः सद्गुणान्वितः । प्रियंवदो मुखप्रेक्षः परनारीपराङ्मुखः
yena cīrṇena bharttā syātsusaumyaḥ sadguṇānvitaḥ | priyaṃvado mukhaprekṣaḥ paranārīparāṅmukhaḥ
எந்த அனுஷ்டானத்தைச் செய்தால் அவளுக்கு மிகச் சாந்தமும் அழகும் உடைய, நற்குணங்களால் நிறைந்த—இனிய மொழி பேசும், மனம் கவரும் முகத்தையுடைய, பிறர் மனைவியரிடமிருந்து விலகிய கணவன் கிடைப்பானோ (அதைச் சொல்லுங்கள்).
