चिंतयानो दिवानक्तं ब्राह्मणान्प्रति तत्सदा । कथं तेषां द्विजेंद्राणामुपकारो भविष्यति । मदीयो मम यैर्दत्तं गात्रमेतत्पुनर्नवम्
ciṃtayāno divānaktaṃ brāhmaṇānprati tatsadā | kathaṃ teṣāṃ dvijeṃdrāṇāmupakāro bhaviṣyati | madīyo mama yairdattaṃ gātrametatpunarnavam
அவன் பகலும் இரவும் இடையறாது அந்தப் பிராமணர்களை நினைத்து—“என் இந்த உடலை மீண்டும் புதிதாக அருளிய அந்தத் த்விஜேந்திரர்களுக்கு நான் எவ்வாறு சேவை செய்து உபகாரம் செய்யலாம்?” என்று சிந்தித்தான்.
