एतदेव पुरा पृष्टः पार्वत्या परमेश्वरः । यद्भवद्भिरहं पृष्टस्तीर्थयात्राकृते द्विजाः
etadeva purā pṛṣṭaḥ pārvatyā parameśvaraḥ | yadbhavadbhirahaṃ pṛṣṭastīrthayātrākṛte dvijāḥ
இதே பொருளை முன்பு பார்வதி பரமேசுவரரிடம் கேட்டாள்; அதுபோல இப்போது நீங்கள், ஓ த்விஜர்களே, தீர்த்தயாத்திரை குறித்து என்னைக் கேட்டீர்கள்.
