अथ दृष्ट्वा सुदूरात्तं रामदेवं विभीषणः । पपात दण्डवद्भूमौ जयशब्दमुदीरयन्
atha dṛṣṭvā sudūrāttaṃ rāmadevaṃ vibhīṣaṇaḥ | papāta daṇḍavadbhūmau jayaśabdamudīrayan
பின்னர் தூரத்திலிருந்தே ராமதேவனைப் பார்த்த விபீஷணன் ‘ஜெய’ என்று முழங்கியவாறே தண்டவத் செய்து தரையில் விழுந்தான்।
