सूत उवाच । प्रश्नभारो महानेष यो भवद्भिरुदाहृतः । कीर्तयिष्ये तथाप्येनं नमस्कृत्य स्वयंभुवे
sūta uvāca | praśnabhāro mahāneṣa yo bhavadbhirudāhṛtaḥ | kīrtayiṣye tathāpyenaṃ namaskṛtya svayaṃbhuve
சூதர் கூறினார்—நீங்கள் எழுப்பிய இந்தக் கேள்வி மிகப் பெரும் பாரமுடையது. ஆயினும், ஸ்வயம்பூ (சுயம்பிறந்த இறைவன்) அவருக்கு வணங்கி இதை நான் எடுத்துரைப்பேன்।
