कस्मादिहागतः शक्र सुतलं प्रति कथ्यताम् । तस्यैतद्वचनं श्रुत्वा स्मयमान उवाचतम्
kasmādihāgataḥ śakra sutalaṃ prati kathyatām | tasyaitadvacanaṃ śrutvā smayamāna uvācatam
ஏ சக்கிரா! நீ இங்கே எதற்காக வந்தாய்? சுதலத்திற்குச் செல்லும் காரணத்தைச் சொல். இவ்வார்த்தை கேட்ட இந்திரன் மெல்லிய புன்னகையுடன் பதிலளித்தான்.
