न विदामोऽथ वै सर्वाः केन नष्टेन चाहृताः । एवं विमृश्यमानास्ते विचिन्वंतस्ततस्ततः
na vidāmo'tha vai sarvāḥ kena naṣṭena cāhṛtāḥ | evaṃ vimṛśyamānāste vicinvaṃtastatastataḥ
அவர்கள் கூறினர்—“எங்களுக்கு எதுவும் தெரியாது; யார் அவர்களைப் பறித்து மறையச் செய்தார்?” இவ்வாறு சிந்தித்தபடி அவர்கள் எங்கும் தேடினர்.
