तैर्गणैः संवृता देवी जगाम पितृमंदिरम् । निरीक्ष्य तद्बलं सर्वं महादेवोतिविस्मितः
tairgaṇaiḥ saṃvṛtā devī jagāma pitṛmaṃdiram | nirīkṣya tadbalaṃ sarvaṃ mahādevotivismitaḥ
அக்கணங்களால் சூழப்பட்ட தேவி தன் தந்தையின் இல்லத்திற்குச் சென்றாள். அந்த முழுப் படையையும் கண்ட மகாதேவன் மிகுந்த வியப்புற்றான்.
