एतच्छ्रुत्वा वचः सत्यं वृत्रस्य च महात्नः । तथा चक्रुः सुराः सर्वे रणाच्चेंद्रं समुत्सुकाः
etacchrutvā vacaḥ satyaṃ vṛtrasya ca mahātnaḥ | tathā cakruḥ surāḥ sarve raṇācceṃdraṃ samutsukāḥ
மகாத்மா வ்ருத்ரனின் உண்மையான சொற்களை கேட்டதும், போர்க்களத்திலிருந்து இந்திரனை எடுத்துச் செல்ல ஆவலுற்ற தேவர்கள் அனைவரும் அவ்வாறே செய்தனர்।
