लंकासमीपे दृष्ट्वैव सरः कृष्णोऽब्रवीद्वचः । कुरुशार्दूल पश्येदं सरो द्वादशयोजनम्
laṃkāsamīpe dṛṣṭvaiva saraḥ kṛṣṇo'bravīdvacaḥ | kuruśārdūla paśyedaṃ saro dvādaśayojanam
லங்கைக்கு அருகில் ஒரு ஏரியை கண்டவுடன் கிருஷ்ணன் கூறினார்—“குருசார்தூலா, இதைப் பார்; இந்த ஏரியின் பரப்பு பன்னிரண்டு யோஜனை.”
