mahāghore kālarātri ghaṃṭāli vikaṭojvale | satataṃ saptamīpūjye netrade śaraṇaṃ bhava

மிகக் கொடியவளே காலராத்திரியே, மணி மாலையணிந்தவளே, தீவிரமாக ஒளிர்பவளே! எப்போதும் சப்தமியில் பூஜிக்கப்படுபவளே, கண்களை அருள்பவளே—எனக்கு சரணமாக இரு.
