सूत उवाच । इति रुद्रवचः श्रुत्वा सहसा तं विमुच्य सः । न्यपतत्पादयोर्हा धिक्कष्टं कष्टं च प्राह सः
sūta uvāca | iti rudravacaḥ śrutvā sahasā taṃ vimucya saḥ | nyapatatpādayorhā dhikkaṣṭaṃ kaṣṭaṃ ca prāha saḥ
சூதர் கூறினார்—ருத்ரரின் சொற்களை கேட்டவுடன் அவன் உடனே அவனை விடுவித்து, பாதங்களில் விழுந்து, “அய்யோ! ச்சீ, என்ன துயரம்—எவ்வளவு கொடுமை, எவ்வளவு கொடுமை!” என்று அழைத்தான்।
