देव दैत्येन घोरेण दुर्जयेन सुरासुरैः । पीडिता दारुकेण स्मः स्वस्थानाच्चापि च्याविताः
deva daityena ghoreṇa durjayena surāsuraiḥ | pīḍitā dārukeṇa smaḥ svasthānāccāpi cyāvitāḥ
ஓ தேவா! தேவர்களுக்கும் அசுரர்களுக்கும் வெல்ல முடியாத கொடிய தாருகன் எங்களை ஒடுக்கி, எங்கள் சொந்த இருப்பிடங்களிலிருந்தும் துரத்திவிட்டான்।
