namaskṛtya ca talliṃgaṃ gṛhītvā mṛttikāṃ ca tām | āgaṃtavyaṃ staṃbhatīrthe samārādhya kumārakam

Translation

அந்த லிங்கத்தை வணங்கி, அந்தத் தூய மிருத்திகையை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, ஸ்தம்ப தீர்த்தத்திற்குச் சென்று அங்கே குமாரகன் (ஸ்கந்தன்)னை முறையாக வழிபட வேண்டும்.
