gaṃgādipuṇyatīrtheṣu yatphalaṃ prāpyate naraiḥ | tatphalaṃ samavāpnoti tīrthasyāsyāvagāhanāt

கங்கை முதலான புண்ணிய தீர்த்தங்களில் மனிதர்கள் பெறும் பலன் எதுவோ, இந்த தீர்த்தத்தில் நீராடுவதால் அதே பலன் கிடைக்கிறது।
