निस्तेजकः सभायां यो गलगण्डी स जायते । सदा क्रोधी च चंडालः पूतिवक्त्रश्च सूचकः
nistejakaḥ sabhāyāṃ yo galagaṇḍī sa jāyate | sadā krodhī ca caṃḍālaḥ pūtivaktraśca sūcakaḥ
சபையில் பிறரின் பெருமையைத் தாழ்த்துபவன் கழுத்துக் கட்டியுடன் பிறக்கிறான். எப்போதும் கோபமுள்ளவன் சாண்டாளனாகிறான்; பிறரைச் சொல்லிக் காட்டுபவன் துர்நாற்றமுள்ள வாயுடன் பிறக்கிறான்.
