नारद उवाच । श्रीमन्महीनगरके यानि तीर्थानि फाल्गुन । तानि वक्ष्यामि यत्रास्ते जया दित्यो रविः प्रभुः
nārada uvāca | śrīmanmahīnagarake yāni tīrthāni phālguna | tāni vakṣyāmi yatrāste jayā dityo raviḥ prabhuḥ
நாரதர் கூறினார்—ஓ பால்குணா! சிறப்புமிக்க மஹீநகரகத்தில் உள்ள தீர்த்தங்களை நான் கூறுவேன்; அங்கு ஆண்டவன் சூரியன் ‘ஜயாதித்யன்’ எனத் திகழ்கிறான்.
