सा सहस्रभुजा देवी समाक्रम्याभिपीड्य च । मोक्षयामास गिरिशमशापयत तां तथा
sā sahasrabhujā devī samākramyābhipīḍya ca | mokṣayāmāsa giriśamaśāpayata tāṃ tathā
அந்த ஆயிரம் கரங்களுடைய தேவி அவனைப் பிடித்து அழுத்தி, கிரீசனாகிய சிவனை விடுவித்தாள்; அதேபோல் அவளையும் (மற்றவளையும்) சாபத்திலிருந்து விடுவித்தாள்।
