catasrastu mahāśaktyaścaturdikṣu vyavasthitāḥ | siddhāṃbikā tu pūrvasyāṃ sthāpitā sā guhena ca

Translation

நான்கு திசைகளிலும் நான்கு மகாசக்திகள் நிறுவப்பட்டன. அவற்றில் கிழக்குத் திசையில் சித்தாம்பிகையை குகன் (ஸ்கந்தன்) தானே நிறுவினான்.
