विमूढश्चाप्टयकार्याणि तानि तानि निषेवते । ततो विनश्यति क्षिप्रं नाशुचिः पूजयेत्ततः । शुचिर्वाभ्यर्चयेद्यश्च तस्य चेदशुभं भवेत्
vimūḍhaścāpṭayakāryāṇi tāni tāni niṣevate | tato vinaśyati kṣipraṃ nāśuciḥ pūjayettataḥ | śucirvābhyarcayedyaśca tasya cedaśubhaṃ bhavet
மயக்கமுற்றவன் பல தவறான செயல்களில் ஈடுபடுகிறான்; அதனால் அவன் விரைவில் அழிவடைகிறான். ஆகவே அசுசியன் பூஜை செய்யக்கூடாது. ஆனால் சுசியாக இருந்து முறையாக அர்ச்சனை செய்பவனுக்கும் ஏதேனும் அசுபம் நேர்ந்தால்—
