बहूदकस्य तीरे च द्विजमेकं च भोजयेत् । यो मिष्टान्नेन तस्य स्याद्विप्रकोटिश्च भोजिता
bahūdakasya tīre ca dvijamekaṃ ca bhojayet | yo miṣṭānnena tasya syādviprakoṭiśca bhojitā
பஹூதகக் கரையில் ஒருவர் ஒரு பிராமணருக்கே உணவளித்தாலும், இனிப்புணவால் அவரைத் திருப்திப்படுத்தினால், அது கோடி பிராமணர்களுக்கு உணவளித்த பலனாகக் கணிக்கப்படுகிறது।
