सविता परमो देवः सर्वस्वं वा द्विजन्मनाम् । वेदवेदांगगीतश्च त्वमप्येनं सदा भज
savitā paramo devaḥ sarvasvaṃ vā dvijanmanām | vedavedāṃgagītaśca tvamapyenaṃ sadā bhaja
சவிதா (சூரியன்) பரம தேவன்—இருமுறை பிறந்தோர்க்கு அவனே அனைத்தும். வேதமும் வேதாங்கமும் போற்றும் அவனை; ஆகவே நீயும் எப்போதும் அவனை வழிபடு.
