भवेद्वर्षशतायुश्च सर्वरोगविवर्जितः । यस्त्विदं श्रृणुयान्नित्यं पठेद्वा प्रयतः शुचिः
bhavedvarṣaśatāyuśca sarvarogavivarjitaḥ | yastvidaṃ śrṛṇuyānnityaṃ paṭhedvā prayataḥ śuciḥ
ஒழுக்கமுடன் தூய்மையாய் இருந்து இதை தினமும் கேட்பவனோ அல்லது பாராயணம் செய்வவனோ நூறு ஆண்டுகள் வாழ்வான்; எல்லா நோய்களிலிருந்தும் விடுபடுவான்।
