तानि न स्वात्मवेद्यानि किमन्यत्कथयाम्यहम् । एकोत्तरं मृत्युशतमस्मिन्देहे प्रतिष्ठितम्
tāni na svātmavedyāni kimanyatkathayāmyaham | ekottaraṃ mṛtyuśatamasmindehe pratiṣṭhitam
அவை (உள்ளார்ந்த துன்பங்கள்) தானே முழுமையாக அறிய இயலாதவை—நான் மேலும் என்ன சொல்வேன்? இந்த உடலிலேயே ‘நூற்றொன்று’ மரணங்கள், அதாவது எண்ணற்ற மரணக் காரணங்கள், நிலைத்துள்ளன.
