Transliteration

darbhādibhiḥ parivṛtaṃ madhyapadmārkamaṃḍalam | somamaṇḍalamadhyasthaṃ dhyāyedvai vahnimaṃḍalam

Translation

தர்ப்பை முதலியவற்றால் சூழப்பட்ட, நடுவில் தாமரைவடிவ சூரியமண்டலத்தைத் தியானிக்க வேண்டும்; மேலும் சந்திரமண்டலத்தின் நடுவிலுள்ள அக்னிமண்டலத்தையும் தியானிக்க வேண்டும்।
