सदाशिवं च वंदे तौ भवेतां मंगलाय मे । ततस्ते विस्मिता विप्रा अपसृत्य ययुः पुनः

Transliteration

sadāśivaṃ ca vaṃde tau bhavetāṃ maṃgalāya me | tataste vismitā viprā apasṛtya yayuḥ punaḥ

Translation

‘மேலும் நான் சதாசிவனை வணங்குகிறேன்; அந்த இருவரும் எனக்கு மங்களம் அருள்வாராக.’ இதைக் கேட்டு வியந்த பிராமண முனிவர்கள் விலகி மீண்டும் சென்றனர்.
