शुचित्वं च जपं स्थाणुं यः कुर्याद्विंशतिं तथा । माहेश्वरः स विज्ञेयः शेषोन्यो नामधारकः
śucitvaṃ ca japaṃ sthāṇuṃ yaḥ kuryādviṃśatiṃ tathā | māheśvaraḥ sa vijñeyaḥ śeṣonyo nāmadhārakaḥ
தூய்மையைப் பேணிக் கொண்டு ஸ்தாணு (சிவன்) நாமஜபத்தை விதிப்படி இருபது முறை செய்பவன் உண்மையான மாஹேஸ்வரன்; மற்றவர்கள் பெயரளவிலானவர்கள் மட்டுமே।
