मनसा कर्मणा वाचा कृच्छ्राद्वार्ता प्रसिध्यति । लोभोऽधृतिः शिवं त्यक्त्वा धर्माणां संकरस्तथा
manasā karmaṇā vācā kṛcchrādvārtā prasidhyati | lobho'dhṛtiḥ śivaṃ tyaktvā dharmāṇāṃ saṃkarastathā
மனம், செயல், சொல் ஆகியவற்றால் வாழ்வாதாரம் மிகக் கடினமாகவே கிடைக்கிறது. பேராசையும் நிலைத்தன்மையின்மையும்—சிவனை விட்டு—தர்மங்களில் கலப்பும் குழப்பமும் உண்டாக்குகின்றன.
