महाकाल उवाच । पुरा किल प्रदत्तानि भूमेर्दानानि भूरिशः । प्रत्यगृह्णन्त दैत्याश्च प्रविश्याभ्यंतरं बलात्
mahākāla uvāca | purā kila pradattāni bhūmerdānāni bhūriśaḥ | pratyagṛhṇanta daityāśca praviśyābhyaṃtaraṃ balāt
மஹாகாலன் கூறினான்—ஓ வலிய தோளுடைய அரசே! பழங்காலத்தில் நிலதானங்கள் பல அளிக்கப்பட்டன; ஆனால் தைத்யர்கள் வலுக்கட்டாயமாக உள்ளே புகுந்து அவற்றை மீண்டும் பறித்துக் கொண்டனர்.
