तस्मान्मंत्रैः सदा देयं पौराणैर्वैदिकैरपि । अन्यथा ते न गृह्णन्ति भूतानामुपतिष्ठति
tasmānmaṃtraiḥ sadā deyaṃ paurāṇairvaidikairapi | anyathā te na gṛhṇanti bhūtānāmupatiṣṭhati
ஆகையால் தானம் எப்போதும் மந்திரங்களுடன் அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்—பௌராணிகமாயினும் வைதிகமாயினும். இல்லையெனில் அவர்கள் அதை ஏற்கார்; அந்த அர்ப்பணம் பூதகணங்களிடம் சென்று சேரும்.
