liṃgācca pūrvataḥ kūpesnātvā yastarpayetpitṝn | sarvatīrthaphalāvāptiḥ pitṝṇāṃ cākṣayā gatiḥ

லிங்கத்தின் கிழக்கிலுள்ள கிணற்றில் நீராடி யார் பித்ருக்களுக்கு தர்ப்பணம் செய்கிறாரோ, அவர் எல்லா தீர்த்தங்களின் பலனையும் அடைகிறார்; பித்ருக்களுக்கு அక్షயமான நிலை உண்டாகிறது.
