इति जपः । स्वर्णपत्राणि नियुतं योजनानां सहस्रकम् । पुष्करं ज्वलदा भाति तच्चिह्नं द्वीपपुष्करम्
iti japaḥ | svarṇapatrāṇi niyutaṃ yojanānāṃ sahasrakam | puṣkaraṃ jvaladā bhāti taccihnaṃ dvīpapuṣkaram
இதி ஜபः। பொன்னிற இதழ்களுடைய தாமரை தீப்போல் ஜ்வலித்து ஆயிரம் யோஜனங்கள் பரந்து ஒளிர்கிறது; அதுவே அதன் சின்னம், ஆகவே அது ‘புஷ்கரத் தீவு’ எனப் பெயர் பெற்றது।
