त्रिभिर्दिनैस्त्रिभिः पक्षैस्त्रिभिर्मासैस्त्रिभिः समैः । अत्युग्रपुण्यपापानां मानेन फलमश्नुते
tribhirdinaistribhiḥ pakṣaistribhirmāsaistribhiḥ samaiḥ | atyugrapuṇyapāpānāṃ mānena phalamaśnute
மூன்று நாட்கள், மூன்று பக்ஷங்கள், மூன்று மாதங்கள் அல்லது மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்குள்—மிகக் கடுமையான புண்ணியம் அல்லது பாபத்தின் அளவின்படி—மனிதன் அதன் பலனை அனுபவிக்கிறான்.
