निमित्तीकृत्य चात्मानं साध्वर्थे लिंगमर्चितम् । रोगाभिभूतो रोगैर्वा नाम्नामष्टोत्तरं शतम्

Transliteration

nimittīkṛtya cātmānaṃ sādhvarthe liṃgamarcitam | rogābhibhūto rogairvā nāmnāmaṣṭottaraṃ śatam

Translation

தன்னை நிமித்தமாகக் கொண்டு, புனித நோக்கத்திற்காக லிங்கத்தை அர்ச்சிக்க வேண்டும். நோயால் பீடிக்கப்பட்டவர் (சிவனின்) அஷ்டோத்தர சதநாமங்களை ஜபிக்க வேண்டும்.
