पलायध्वमहो देवाः शक्तिश्चेद्वः पलायितुम् । विमूढा हि वयं सर्वे ये बालवचसागताः
palāyadhvamaho devāḥ śaktiścedvaḥ palāyitum | vimūḍhā hi vayaṃ sarve ye bālavacasāgatāḥ
தேவர்களே, ஓடிப் போங்கள்—ஓடுவதற்கே உங்களிடம் வல்லமை இருந்தால்! உண்மையில் நாம் அனைவரும் மயக்கமுற்றோம்; ஒரு சிறுவனின் சொல் கேட்டு இங்கு வந்தோம்।
