पितर ऊचुः । भद्रं ते पितरः पुण्याः सुभद्रस्य महामुनेः । तर्पितास्तेन मुनिना महीसागरसंगमे
pitara ūcuḥ | bhadraṃ te pitaraḥ puṇyāḥ subhadrasya mahāmuneḥ | tarpitāstena muninā mahīsāgarasaṃgame
பித்ருக்கள் கூறினர்—“உனக்கு மங்களம் உண்டாகுக. இவர்கள் மகரிஷி சுபத்ரரின் புண்ணிய பித்ருக்கள்; நிலமும் கடலும் சங்கமிக்கும் இடத்தில் அந்த முனிவர் இவர்களை தர்ப்பணத்தால் திருப்திப்படுத்தினார்.”
