बुद्धा तां दानवीं मायां किंचित्प्रहसिताननः । मेढ्रे रौद्रास्त्रमाधाय चक्रे दैत्यमनोरथम्
buddhā tāṃ dānavīṃ māyāṃ kiṃcitprahasitānanaḥ | meḍhre raudrāstramādhāya cakre daityamanoratham
அந்த தானவ மாயையை உணர்ந்து அவன் சிறிது புன்னகைத்தான்; பின்னர் தைத்தியனின் மேட்ரத்தில் ரௌத்ராஸ்திரத்தை நிறுவி அவன் மனோரதத்தை முடிவுக்குக் கொண்டுவந்தான்.
